在新澤西吃完三菜一湯午飯後，然後從這裡坐渡輪, 到紐約市區。 只需要$8.25美元的費用，就可以乘著海浪, 在湛藍的天空與白雲下，欣賞著紐約城市的背景, 十分暇意。紐約市區像棋盤，很容易走動，半日就可以了。三十多年前曾訪問過紐約市，感謝美東校友招待, 我們可以再次訪問輝煌的Manhattan, 這是我第一次貼美東照片。
After we had a nice Chinese lunch in New Jersey, we drove to Weehawken and took a ferry to go to Manhattan Midtown of New York City. The senior fare was $8.25.
The weather was perfect. It was blue sky with white clouds. The city view of Manhattan was just fantastic and beautiful.
The first 3 pictures below show ferry station, ferry and city veiw.
We arrived at W 39th St. of Manhattan 曼哈頓 and there were free buses to take passengers to various parts of the city. We took a bus and went to W 49th St. and 6th Ave, a place near Rockefeller Center 洛克菲勒中心.
洛克菲勒中心 Rockefeller Center:
Walked along 5th Ave.
The entrance and inside Central Park 中央公園.
Walked along and ate at 7th Ave.
Walked toward Time Square 時代廣場.
時代廣場 Time Square:
天黑了，搭車回新澤西，30英里的車程，票價只需要$5.25美元, 很花得來。
Nigth time, many people gathered at Time Square, time for us to take bus at Port Authority Terminal to go back to New Jersey. The fare was $5.25 which is very good for a 30 mile ride.
